Today I wanna talk about the biggest NoFap mistakes that 95% of guys are making out there.
So, if you pay attention and avoid these mistakes, you actually can do NoFap in a sustainable way and maximize the results that you get, with your energy, with your focus, and also with girls.
Isn’t that amazing? So, PAY ATTENTION.

Now, let’s talk about NoFap.
Mistake 1: Wondering If NoFap Actually Works
People comment, they go on forums, they read, and they watch videos in order to really understand, does it ACTUALLY work? Is it worth trying it?
Then, they just circle jerk around it… Jesus Christ! Just go ahead and try it and see if it works for you.
The time you’re wasting by trying to figure it out whether or not it’s worth it, you could’ve already started trying it because, the truth be told, if you really stay away from jerking off and from pornography for three to four days, you will already start feeling the results.
You will start feeling more focused, more energized, you will even see that some girls give you more attention.
If you go on dates, if you talk to a girl, you just kind of seem different, more masculine, more there, more present to the moment.
Give yourself a chance and actually try it. People try to find out, “Is this the next magic pill? Will this make everything work for me?”
Blah, blah, blah.
They wanna be 100% sure that it actually gives them 10 out of 10 great results before even trying. It’s very similar to trying out a diet, trying out a new way of eating, a new way of exercising.
I think it’s almost like a man disease. We men try to circle jerk around things before we even try.
There’s nothing better than just going ahead and trying it out yourself. I’m not saying researching it is bad, do research as much as you can, but at the same time go ahead and try it.
Come on. It’s not like you’re wasting your time doing NoFap.
Okay, so that’s number one. Go ahead and try… This brings us to
Mistake 2: Going Too HARD
Once people do start doing NoFap, they do it “FULL ON!”, 100% or nothing. “I need to be the streak, I need to uphold the streak as many days as possible without jerking off,” etc.
Now what goes along with this 100% or nothing mentality is, you put a lot of pressure on yourself. The streak, the streak, the streak. I must never jerk off in my whole life EVER again.
Now, does that make NoFap easy for you? Does that make it sustainable for you? Or does this amazing lifestyle that you’re doing, that you’re embarking on, turn into work?
A chore? Something that you HAVE to do? What happens with things we HAVE to do? We don’t want to do them anymore.
Take the pressure off. Come more from a mindset of, “I’m doing it sustainably and if I feel particularly stressed on one day during the week, you know what, I’m gonna chill, light some candles, I’m gonna get the lube ready. I’m gonna have a good time with myself.”
That is totally fine. Because that way you’re at least doing it in a sustainable way. Which brings me to the third point.
Mistake 3: Not Having Structure
Most people do it without a structure, without a system. Now, don’t confuse that with having to have to uphold a streak as many days as possible without jerking off.
No, I’m saying come up with a system, something that you can actually stick to, because if you have something that you can stick to, a proper follow up structure and system, it’s WAY easier for you to stick to it and you won’t slack off.
For example, the kind of NoFap technique that I teach my mentoring clients is… (here’s the thing, I’m gonna leak that information out for you).
Number one, completely stay away from pornography. It will be difficult, maybe the first two or three weeks, maybe the first month because nowadays we’re so used to the easy access of pornography.
Completely stay away from that, but feel free to masturbate once a week. You can even make it like Sunday’s my masturbation day where you’re like okay, I’m gonna take half of the evening off, it’s just gonna be me and my fantasy.
That way on all the other days, whenever you feel the urge, you know okay cool, only five more days until I can jerk off. Only one more day, only a couple more hours, etc. It helps you get through the other days of the week.
The other thing is, if you stay away from pornography, you start feeling that just the sight of a natural, beautiful woman, that you might be on a date with, that you might’ve taken home after a night out at the club, is enough to make you really, really turned on.
Because what I’ve noticed many times is, after consuming years of pornography, I would have sex with beautiful, gorgeous model like women and I would just not feel titillated. Like my mind would be just like, meh.
Cause I would be used to the facial, 20-minute compilations where your brain is fed with a new girl every five fricking seconds!
It’s like this dopamine that just hits your brain every five seconds, then you have a beautiful, totally perfect girl in front of you and you’re like, “But where’s the compilations? Where is the boob cocking compilations? I don’t understand.” This stuff really ends up freaking you out.
By abstaining from pornography, you actually train your brain to just enjoy the beauty of a real-life girl in front of you – much, much more.
Your overall sex life becomes much more amazing. You just become more natural in the way you love a girl; physically and emotionally, which is very great (obviously).
The third point is to have a sustainable structure, a sustainable system that you can actually follow through in the long term, week after week, month after month. Which brings me to the next big mistake when it comes to NoFap and that is…
Mistake 4: Not Having Sex
Most guys, (and I get this many times in my DM’s) say, “But if I have sex with a girl, what happens to my NoFap streak? It’s all gonna be gone?” Blah, blah, blah. No, no, no.
There’s a HUGE difference between jerking off to endless amounts of internet pornography and having sex with an actual woman.
There’s a lot of different hormones and mindsets at play, because when you have sex with a beautiful girl that you talked to, that you wooed, that you’ve been on a date with, etc. It seems like more of an achievement to you, but most importantly, it seems like a connection, a TRUE physical and emotional connection that you’ve built with that woman.
This is much better than you feeling guilty about the crazy, hand tied porn that you’ve just jerked off to.
Like eh, I feel kind of bad doing that. There’s this huge idea of guilt when you just jerked off, verses a great sense of connection.
Sex is very, very different and I would encourage you to have sex with girls that you like and with women that you enjoy, as long as you know they like it too, etc.
As long as there’s two consenting adults, hell if you’re gay, you wanna have sex with another guy, that’s cool too. I encourage you to do that instead of doing NoFap, and don’t worry about your streak or anything when you have sex with a real live person.
I would almost venture to say that many people do NoFap because they wanna seem more attractive to the opposite sex, or the same sex, or whatever the hell it is. Okay?
They do that because they want to get better results. They wanna feel more masculine, they wanna feel more power, more focused. So, go ahead and do it.
Now, if you have for example, a long-term exclusive relationship with your girlfriend and you have sex on a daily basis, it could happen that your testosterone levels just kind of go down a lot and you feel kind of sluggish because it’s basically like jerking off all the time.
Sure, you have a real-life connection emotionally and physically with that girl, but at the same time you might feel like, “All this daily sex also is bad for my testosterone, for my overall well-being.”
You can talk to your partner, you can say, look I wanna do this NoFap thing. You can still have sex every day, but you can practice the art of ejaculation-less orgasm. So, you can actually learn how to orgasm without ejaculating.
But you can also do it the simple way and say, “You know what, let’s go have sex and before I cum, we just stop.” That is totally fine. That way you can just kind of stack it up and actually just have one, two or three orgasms per week.
Obviously again here, you can experiment around. Look for what works best for you. Find out after how many days that you feel like you’re peaking with your testosterone and always try to hit those days.
Again, that feeds into having a proper system, getting proper feedback and having somebody that can guide you through the process of that. Which brings me to the last point, which is by far the most important point…
Mistake 5: Not Having A Mentor
